Astro Blooming: Terms of Service

 

 

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, INCLUDING A REQUIREMENT TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND A WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

Welcome to Astro Blooming. By booking a reading, accessing our website, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Nature of Services (Entertainment Purposes Only)

Astro Blooming provides premium Tarot, Astrology, Human Design, and Numerology consultations (the “Services”) for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only.

  • Not Professional Advice: The insights and information provided by Astro Blooming and our readers (the “Flowers”) do not constitute and should never be used as a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, financial, investment, or legal advice.

  • Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on your session. Astro Blooming and its contractors assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from your use of the Services.

2. The Deliverable & Master Profiles

When you book a session with Astro Blooming, you are paying for a live, one-on-one consultation with one of our Readers.

  • Internal Tools: To provide a highly customized experience, Astro Blooming utilizes proprietary systems to generate a “Master Profile Dashboard” based on your birth data. This profile is an internal reference tool used exclusively by our Readers. It is not a digital product, PDF, or physical item, and raw data profiles are not provided, emailed, or transferred to the client after the session.

3. Payments, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

To maintain the high quality of our boutique services and honor the time of our Readers, the following payment and scheduling policies apply:

  • Payments: All services must be paid in full at the time of booking via our authorized payment processor (Stripe). You agree to use only credit or debit cards for which you are the authorized account holder.

  • No Refunds & Chargeback Agreement: Because our services rely on the reservation of a Reader’s time and the live delivery of guidance, all sales are final. Once a live reading has commenced, the service is considered fully delivered and non-refundable. By booking, you agree not to issue chargebacks for rendered services.

  • Missed Appointments (No-Shows): If you miss your originally scheduled appointment time, Astro Blooming will graciously provide one (1) complimentary reschedule at no additional cost.

  • Forfeiture: If you miss your rescheduled appointment, your original fee is entirely forfeited. We reserve this time exclusively for you, and a second missed appointment results in a total loss of that reserved availability. No refunds will be issued for a missed rescheduled appointment.

4. Recording Policy

We are committed to protecting the privacy, intellectual property, and safety of our Readers and clients.

  • Customer Recording Prohibited: Customers are strictly prohibited from using any audio recording, video recording, screen-recording, or transcription devices during a reading. You may not record, copy, broadcast, or share any portion of your live session.

  • Company Recording Permitted: You acknowledge and agree that Astro Blooming reserves the right to record phone, video, or chat sessions. These recordings are kept strictly confidential and are used exclusively for internal quality assurance, training, and the protection of our Readers against disputes.

5. Code of Conduct & Anti-Poaching

Your right to use Astro Blooming is personal to you. You agree to interact with our Readers professionally and respectfully.

  • Right to Refuse Service: Our Readers reserve the right to immediately terminate a session, without refund, if a customer is deemed inappropriate, abusive, sexually explicit, or threatening.

  • No Outside Contact: It is a strict violation of these Terms to attempt to contact any of our Readers (the “Flowers”) outside of the Astro Blooming platform. You may not ask for a Reader’s personal contact information, nor may you offer payment to a Reader directly. Violating this rule will result in a permanent ban from Astro Blooming.

6. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

  • Individual Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Services shall be resolved by binding, individual arbitration, rather than in court.

  • Class Action Waiver: YOU AND ASTRO BLOOMING AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

7. Changes to Terms

Astro Blooming reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
