* Financial Data: Payment information (such as your credit card number, card brand, and expiration date) is collected when you purchase a reading. Note: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Astro Blooming does not store your full credit card information on our servers.
* Automatically Collected Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access our website, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the site.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect primarily to deliver a personalized, high-end experience, as well as to protect our business operations. Specifically, we use your data to:

* Generate Master Profiles (via Third Parties & AI): We use your birth data to create a proprietary “Master Profile.” To generate, interpret, and organize this complex astrological, numerological, and Human Design data, we utilize secure third-party service providers and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. These tools help us structure the data so it can be used internally by our Readers (our “Flowers”) to prepare for and guide your live consultation.
* Fulfill and Manage Services: To process your payments, schedule your appointments (via our booking systems like Zoho), and facilitate your live readings.
* Quality Assurance & Protection: We use session recordings exclusively for internal training, quality control, and as documented evidence to protect our Readers and our business against fraudulent chargebacks or disputes.
* Communication: To send you booking confirmations, appointment reminders, customer service responses, and, if you have opted in, marketing emails or promotional offers.

3. How We Share Your Information
Astro Blooming takes your privacy incredibly seriously. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal or birth data to third-party data brokers or marketing companies. We only share your information in the following situations:

* With Service Providers & AI Processors: We share your data with trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf. This includes payment processors (Stripe), customer relationship management and scheduling tools (Zoho Bookings, Zoho CRM, Zoho Billing), and the third-party software APIs or AI systems used to generate and interpret your astrological reports. We ensure that these third parties are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and only process your data for the purpose of delivering Astro Blooming’s services.
* With Your Assigned Reader: Your name and birth data will be shared internally with the specific “Flower” assigned to your reading so they can view your Master Profile.
* For Legal & Safety Reasons: We may disclose your information if we believe it is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Astro Blooming, our contractors, and others. This includes sharing session recordings with payment processors to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

4. Data Security & Retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

We retain your personal information, birth data, and session recordings only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, to resolve disputes, and to comply with our legal obligations.

5. Your Rights and Choices
* Account Information: You may review or change the information in your customer account, or request to terminate your account, by contacting us directly.
* Emails and Communications: You can opt out of receiving promotional emails or newsletters from us at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails. We will still send you service-related emails (such as appointment confirmations).
* Data Deletion: You may request that we delete your birth data and Master Profile from our active systems. Please note that we may be legally required to retain certain financial records and session recordings for a specific period to protect against disputes.

6. Children’s Privacy (Age Requirement)
Our services are strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to book a reading or use our services. We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will promptly delete that data.
