If you are unhappy with your reading, contact us within 72 hours of the original session.
Please tell us what did not meet your expectations so we can review the issue fairly and understand how best to help.
If your request qualifies, we will issue one free 25-minute reading under the guarantee.
Your complimentary reading must be scheduled and used within 30 days of the date it is issued.
At Astro Blooming, we want every client to feel supported, respected and cared for.

The Make It Right Guarantee applies to eligible paid readings booked through Astro Blooming.
To qualify, the client must contact Astro Blooming within 72 hours of the original reading.
If the request is approved, Astro Blooming will provide one complimentary 25-minute reading.
This complimentary reading:
Only one Make It Right Guarantee claim may be made per original reading purchased.
Only one complimentary replacement reading will be provided per approved claim.
The complimentary reading is subject to scheduling availability and must be booked within the available times offered by Astro Blooming.
To help us fairly review the request, clients should provide a brief explanation of their concern when submitting a claim.
Astro Blooming reserves the right to deny requests that do not include enough information to evaluate the issue.

The Make It Right Guarantee provides a complimentary 25-minute reading as the remedy. It does not guarantee a refund.
Astro Blooming reserves the right to refuse, limit or deny the guarantee in cases of repeated misuse, abusive behavior, dishonesty or attempts to take unfair advantage of the policy.
Astro Blooming reserves the right to interpret and apply this policy in good faith and at its reasonable discretion.
Astro Blooming may update or revise this guarantee at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of the original booking will apply to that claim.
