Refund & Cancellation Policy

To maintain the high quality of our boutique services and honor the time of our curated Readers, Astro Blooming enforces a strict fulfillment and cancellation policy. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms.

1. Payments & Final Sales

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking in USD. Because our services rely on the reservation of a Reader’s dedicated time and the live delivery of personalized guidance, all sales are final. Once a live reading has commenced, the service is considered fully delivered and is strictly non-refundable. By booking, you agree to waive the right to issue chargebacks for rendered services.

2. Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If you miss your originally scheduled appointment time, Astro Blooming will graciously provide one (1) complimentary reschedule at no additional cost. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to arrange your new time slot.

3. Forfeiture of Fees

If you miss your rescheduled appointment, your original fee is entirely forfeited. We reserve our Readers' time exclusively for you, and a second missed appointment results in a total loss of that reserved availability. No refunds will be issued for a missed rescheduled appointment under any circumstances.
